Responsibilities
Conduct family tours that drive conversions, tailor follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions funnel toward enrollment goals
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and address obstacles, and shepherd families confidently toward commitment
Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and sustain flawless compliance
Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the primary technology liaison
Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a polished, inviting lens
Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages by supervising K–6 students (ages 5–13)—managing recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is supervision, not teaching
Qualification
Required
Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience preferred but not required)
Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
Strong sense of ownership and ability to resolve problems independently
Outstanding communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Available to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
