Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end initiation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders in ERP systems
Partner with internal teams to ensure PO accuracy, budget alignment, and timely funding
Validate invoices for rate and PO accuracy; route for approvals and ensure timely payment
Perform weekly reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close activities, including documentation and reporting
Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with financial management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger) and PO-to-Pay workflows
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
