Responsibilities

Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops with K-2 learners, coaching them while reinforcing reading skills delivered by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving skills through consistent structure and supportive relationships
Monitoring student development and emerging needs, identifying concerns early, and refining approaches in partnership with your team
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection

Required

Availability to work full-time, in-person at our Miami, FL campus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years working with children aged 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Strong storytelling ability and energetic presentation style: capable of capturing and maintaining young children's attention in group settings
Capacity to maintain high expectations for yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their goals
Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
