Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing (3935)

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth from GBG’s core audience segments, including both existing customers and new business
Lead a team of demand generation managers and customer marketers, as well as external agency and contractor support
Optimize performance from key campaign touchpoints, including email database marketing, webinars, and other channels
Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer teams to drive adoption of GBG solutions
Measure KPIs and performance to pipeline, revenue, and campaign goals, as well as ROI from marketing activities
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to drive results from multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, especially from an enterprise target audience
Experience managing adoption, cross-sell, and retention marketing to an existing global customer base
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar technologies
Ability to ideate new campaign plans, bring creativity into the organization, and gather alignment from stakeholders across the organization
