Responsibilities

Assist in managing product lines from ideation to launch, including documentation, regulatory submissions, and project tracking

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and timely execution of product initiatives

Support the creation and improvement of product education and marketing materials

Conduct market research to assess product potential, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Develop and recommend sales and pricing strategies based on research findings

Stay current on industry trends, standards of care, and emerging technologies

Use professional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical product information to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders

Organize and participate in cross-departmental meetings to accomplish product and project goals

Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management

Assist in the completion of documents for product development milestones and regulatory submissions

Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and non-disclosure agreements

Submit expenses and complete required company policy trainings

Package and ship products as needed for field or office use

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to learn and use tools such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Paycom, iOS devices

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels

Plan and organize meetings to accomplish product or project goals

Work independently with minimal supervision and accomplish high-level goals
