Responsibilities

Architect and execute advanced learning programs – Develop workshops (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and conduct 1-on-1 mentorship for 15-20 gifted learners progressing at 5-10x typical speed

Identify and resolve educational barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to support students who have exceeded conventional education in discovering their cognitive strengths

Apply AI to enable customization

Partner and iterate – Enhance workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using qualitative insights and quantitative data

Required

Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or equivalent university

Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or comparable accomplishment

Distinguished academic credential – Competitive scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level instruction experience

3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting

Regular AI engagement – Self-reported daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Readiness to relocate to or work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
