Responsibilities

Design and implement cinematic-quality effects, transitions, and compositing in Adobe After Effects
Enhance content with overlays, animation, and dynamic motion
Create reusable templates and manage project assets
Apply advanced color correction and visual refinement
Review and curate AI-generated image datasets for realism, accuracy, and style
Identify visual inconsistencies and provide feedback to improve model output
Collaborate on annotation guidelines and participate in creative testing cycles

Required

Candidates MUST reside in the United States or Canada and not need employment sponsorship now or in the future
Candidates must have a digital portfolio, reel, plus LinkedIn and Facebook account
Expert proficiency in After Effects, plus familiarity with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of animation principles, compositing, and keyframing
Proven ability to assess and enhance visual realism
Background in design, film, or visual arts
Curiosity about AI tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with image annotation or data-labeling workflows
Knowledge of prompt engineering or machine-learning concepts
Cultural fluency across film, gaming, and digital art styles
