The Client Operations Associate supports the Broker Dealer and RIA servicing environment, serving as a primary point of contact for a high-volume client base while managing inbound calls and email requests to ensure timely and accurate client support.

Responsibilities

High-Volume Client Servicing: Serve as a front-line contact for broker dealers and RIAs, managing a high daily volume of inbound calls and emails related to asset movements, account servicing, and general operational inquiries
Intake & Triage: Monitor shared inboxes, assess incoming requests, resolve standard inquiries independently, and route complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership through resolution
Operational Execution: Support day-to-day brokerage operations by understanding standard workflows and ensuring requests are processed accurately and within defined service timelines
Phone & Email Coverage: Maintain availability and responsiveness during core business hours, balancing phone coverage with email-driven workflows
Documentation & Tracking: Log, track, and follow up on open client items to ensure timely closure and accurate documentation
Collaboration: Partner with internal operations and processing teams to resolve issues efficiently and escalate risks as needed
Training & Development: Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to build product knowledge and operational proficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in financial services, client services, or operations
Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a professional services environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Preferred

Broker dealer or RIA operations experience
Experience in high-volume client service or call-driven environments
Familiarity with shared inbox management tools
Prior experience at brokerage or custodial firms
Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
