Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Proficiency in Next.js and React

Ability to represent Commerce Engineering at the leadership and executive level

Experience partnering with Product and Program leadership on enterprise-scale initiatives

Expertise in defining and evolving scalable, secure, high-performance commerce architecture

Strong communication and collaboration skills
