Responsibilities

Lead and execute master data migration activities from legacy ERP systems to SAP B1 and S/4HANA
Collaborate with regional and global teams to support data governance standards and ensure compliance
Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment to guarantee accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain data migration templates, mapping documents, and transformation rules
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues
Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) by preparing and validating master data sets
Provide training and guidance to local teams on SAP master data processes
Monitor and report on data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
Extend support to other business applications (eQMS, CRM) by ensuring master data consistency and integration
Contribute to special projects such as process automation, data governance initiatives, and cross-functional improvement programs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in ERP data migration projects, preferably involving SAP B1 and/or S/4HANA
Strong knowledge of master data domains (customers, vendors, materials, finance, etc.)
Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL, ETL solutions)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Travel required up to 25%- domestic & international

Preferred

Experience with LATAM-specific regulatory and compliance requirements
Familiarity with SAP Data Services, MDG (Master Data Governance), or similar tools
Exposure to eQMS and CRM systems and their data structures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to contribute to special projects beyond core responsibilities
