Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in software testing within SDLC environments
Experience with manual and/or automated testing
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and Agile processes
Ability to review and analyze Business Requirements
Ability to review and analyze System Requirements
Ability to review and analyze Design Documentation
Experience with Test case creation and execution
Experience with Test result documentation
Experience with Sample data preparation
Experience with UAT planning and execution
Familiarity with defect management tools
Experience with GitHub and ServiceNow
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
