Machine Operator
AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing is a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier. They are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to play a vital role in the manufacturing process by machining components and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities
Access work instructions
Check inventory
Locate production procedures
Interact with the Quality Control module to accurately fill out information in the AHMC Computer System
Operate CNC machinery to include but not limited to lathe, shapers, drills, parts washers, and gages
Perform part inspection using appropriate gages
Perform daily maintenance on CNC machines
Perform product inspection through check sheets
Interpret data gathered through product inspection
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to use AHMC Computer Systems to complete tasks such as accessing work instructions, checking inventory, locating production procedures, interacting with the Quality Control module, operating CNC machinery, performing part inspection, performing daily maintenance on CNC machines, performing product inspection through check sheets, and interpreting data gathered through product inspection
