Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and scale multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
Provide technical and career mentorship to engineers at all levels
Partner closely with product leaders to define application capabilities, quality standards, and testing strategies
Continuously elevate engineering standards, best practices, and delivery processes
Collaborate across Agile teams to design, build, deploy, and support full-stack solutions
Ensure solutions meet high standards for reliability, performance, scalability, and resilience
Promote innovation through experimentation, emerging technologies, and community engagement
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that values creativity, diversity, and ownership
Drive improvements in team delivery speed and cross-team collaboration
Lead cloud adoption efforts, including deploying applications to AWS environments
Guide the modernization of legacy systems by transitioning monolithic architectures to microservices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience
At least 5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10 or more years of professional software development experience
Strong background in Agile delivery frameworks and practices
