Required

Proven account management and customer service experience
Insurance industry experience required (Condo and HOA experience preferred)
Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 License (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulatory requirements
Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Condo and HOA experience preferred
Professional designations such as CIC, ARM, or CPCU (preferred)
