Responsibilities
Connect with local businesses to create job opportunities for clients
Match clients with jobs that fit their skills and goals
Assist clients in developing resumes, completing applications and attending interviews
Develop and assist in the implementation of job specific training plans for each client
Complete all required/necessary reports and documentation for pre-placement services, specific job site placement, etc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Two (2) years work experience in business or industry
Must pass background/fingerprint investigation, TB test and pre-employment drug screening
Must possess a valid NM driver's license
Proof of auto liability insurance
Have own reliable transportation
Agency insurable driving record
Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, reach above shoulder(s), and kneel frequently
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., squat, crouch, balance, push/pull, and carry occasionally
Must be able to meet any requirement to do the job that the clients are being trained to perform
Must be able to sit, and perform computer tasks continuously as required to perform the essential duties of position
Preferred
College degree in related field preferred
One (1) year experience training individuals with disabilities preferred
