Identify prospects, convert leads into policies
Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
Stay current on products and compliance
Use CRM tools for tracking and renewals
Join team meetings and sales planning
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfort with outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable and eager to learn
Well-organized and manages time effectively
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (willingness to obtain)
Preferred
1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Bilingual skills
