Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vista Application Specialist to provide functional ERP support for Viewpoint Vista across their operating companies. This role involves hands-on system support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement, ensuring system stability and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve Vista ERP support tickets, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and resolved through completion

Provide functional support across Vista modules including Job Cost, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Project Management

Troubleshoot Vista inquiries, Crystal Reports, and SSRS reports to meet business needs

Coordinate with internal IT teams, developers, and external consultants to resolve issues, including functional and end-user testing

Perform functional testing for Vista upgrades and related portals (e.g., HFF Portal)

Create and maintain end-user training materials and functional support documentation

Assist with data analysis, error resolution, and recommendations for process improvement

Act as a trusted functional resource for business users, providing clear guidance and timely support

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience with Viewpoint Vista is required

5+ years of experience supporting business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of construction or operational business processes and ERP workflows

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Crystal Reports, and SSRS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Ability to influence, build consensus, and navigate complex organizational environments without direct authority
