Responsibilities

Use pm skills and tools to manage and/or support large, multifaceted projects and initiatives for the institution
Assist with the preparation and completion of project action plans resolve problems and assist with implementing changes
Analyze data to assist with development and dissemination of reports as requested by leadership that will guide decisions in the organization
Facilitate meetings with senior leaders and stakeholders within the organization around projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business or a related field and five (5) years experience managing institutional wide projects, and working with project management related tools, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth understanding of concepts and principles of project management
Understanding of how project management integrates within day-to-day processes
Ability to lead and direct teams on various projects at the same time, and able to problem solve using judgment based on the analysis of information
Developed interpersonal skills to exchange project information with multiple audiences
Reliable team leader with the ability to consistently perform tasks independently and as a member of a team
PMP required
