Responsibilities

Conduct family tours designed to convert interest into enrollment, personalize all follow-up communications, and actively manage the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals

Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and address obstacles, and confidently guide families through the enrollment decision

Implement safety protocols and drills, maintain thorough incident documentation, and ensure full regulatory compliance

Manage daily campus logistics, oversee facility maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and act as the main point of contact for technology issues

Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium with professionalism and warmth

Provide short-term coverage during staffing gaps to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—including recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom supervision. This is support coverage, not teaching
