Responsibilities
Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach
Executing proactive outreach and communication strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline
Implementing comprehensive safety and safeguarding protocols to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families
Managing all facilities-related operations, including preventative maintenance schedules, vendor management, and repair coordination
Leveraging data analysis to refine operational processes and enhance both enrollment conversion and campus efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
