Mid LevelMastech Digital is seeking an experienced UX Designer to support the design and enhancement of the ALG Portal, a customer-facing web platform. The role involves user research, journey mapping, UI design, and usability testing to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
Create, document, and refine user personas for the ALG portal through stakeholder and customer interviews (interview scope and agenda agreed upon in advance)
Synthesize research findings to develop portal storyboards and site maps, outlining user actions and usage scenarios
Facilitate workshops with the purchaser/client to define key customer journeys and create detailed customer journey maps for tasks such as generating service quality reports, modifying service plans, and requesting support
Design the visual style and UI guidelines for the ALG portal using Kuiper brand standards, ensuring consistency with Kuiper.com and Amazon style guides
Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes based on approved journeys and user feedback
Conduct a UX audit of the existing ALG portal and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Perform usability testing and reviews using developed prototypes (scope and reference criteria agreed in advance)
Create and analyze usability reports and propose enhancements to improve overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a UX Designer / UI-UX Designer on web portals or enterprise applications
Strong skills in user research, personas, journey mapping, and information architecture
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Experience conducting usability testing and UX analysis
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and clients
Strong communication and documentation skills
