Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to functional teams, helping them interpret data and design reporting that drives decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover operational and financial trends
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other systems
Design and maintain dashboards and reports that measure performance across departments
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with accurate, timely data
Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment between systems

Required

3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field
Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot-table modeling. Familiarity with Power Query
Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar)
Experienced with Power BI or similar visualization tools
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field
Ability to travel :20% of the time

Preferred

Experience with dbt, Python, or ETL tools (Fivetran, Azure Data Factory)
Experience with automation tools like Power Automate
Background in real estate, property management, or financial analytics
