Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and provide direct team support

Train team members on job tasks, safety, and company policies

Conduct daily/weekly check-ins and report performance or attendance concerns

Motivate and coach employees to hit quality and output goals

Use work orders and reports to manage workflow and priorities

Approve payroll and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews

Coordinate with other departments to meet goals

Address safety issues promptly and follow OSHA standards

Create a respectful, team-first environment through strong communication

Maintain Lakeshirts' acceptable standard of quality; meet goals in the area of garments per employee hour, on-time percentages, and error rate
