Responsibilities

Provides technical and lifecycle management support for applications associated with Ascension Supported Application (ASA) team

Provisions users for all in-scope applications

Utilizes ServiceNow to manage all incidents, requests and problems assigned to the team

Serves as a key point of contact with vendors and stakeholders, managing customer expectations, and ensuring prompt service

Manages Service Delivery Manager (SDM) mailbox and assists with other SDM areas as needed

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Works with customers/vendors to provide additional support for applications the where vendor handles certain responsibilities

Provides technical and lifecycle management support for applications associated with Ascension Supported Application (ASA) team

Provisions users for all in-scope applications

Utilizes ServiceNow to manage all incidents, requests and problems assigned to the team

Serves as a key point of contact with vendors and stakeholders, managing customer expectations, and ensuring prompt service

Manages Service Delivery Manager (SDM) mailbox and assists with other SDM areas as needed

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and provide on-call support
