New Grad, Entry LevelChamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a Service Technician to assist with general installation and related responsibilities within their maintenance division. The role involves transporting materials, promoting safety, and working both independently and as part of a team, with opportunities for skill development and training others.

Assist with and perform general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely for the divisional operation for which you are working: Maintenance
Transport materials, equipment and rigging during projects
Promote Chamberlin’s Safety Program and use safe work practices
Learn and understand Chamberlin’s core values of safety, quality and teamwork
Work independently and as a team member on projects as your abilities allow and as assigned
As skills increase, help train other team members
Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required

Work, sports or organization experience that demonstrates work ethic and commitment
Must be 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
Must be able to work in elevated locations
Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
Must be able to pass a 'fit for duty' exam (lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company
Preferred
Preferred experience in construction with a focus on roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal
Bilingual preferred
