New Grad, Entry LevelMillat Industries Corp. is seeking a Calibration/ Quality Technician to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement tools. The role involves verifying and calibrating gauges, maintaining calibration schedules, and acting as a backup inspection source for Production QA.

Responsibilities
Verify and calibrate all gauges including all associate gauges
Maintain the calibration schedule ensuring that all inspection equipment is calibrated on time and in good working order
Maintain all gauge certifications and calibration records
Schedule outside source calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of all appropriate inspection equipment (CMMs, electronic gauges, comparators, etc.)
Act as a back-up inspection source for Production QA
Other duties as assigned such as 5S audits, time studies, etc
Qualification
Required

Good math skills (test may be given)
Good understanding of blueprint reading
Basic understanding of GD&T
Be able to use calipers, micrometers, comparator, etc
Be able to use or learn to use a CMM
Have computer skills; Word, Excel, etc
Neat legible handwriting
