Responsibilities

Work directly with client stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, track progress, mitigate risks, and manage dependencies

Facilitate communication between client teams and India-based engineering teams

Prepare and present status updates, reports, and governance documentation

Support release planning, sprint coordination, and cross-team alignment

Ensure adherence to processes, quality expectations, and communication standards

Required

5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or product development

Strong understanding of technical concepts (software development, QA, cloud basics, integrations) to effectively manage technical projects

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

Experience working with distributed or multi-location teams

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and project tracking tools

Preferred

Experience with educational technology or assessment systems

Prior customer-facing role working with U.S.-based teams
