Responsibilities

Execute targeted campaigns to build a vibrant, AI-fluent culture, translating strategic goals into engaging initiatives for employees

Design and create compelling content, including blog/vlog posts, presentations, and internal communications, to promote the value and responsible use of AI

Organize, facilitate, and manage events, workshops, and other initiatives to enhance AI awareness, build a community of practice, and foster collaboration across the organization

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to champion AI initiatives and gather feedback to ensure our programs meet the needs of the workforce

Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives using feedback and performance metrics to help measure cultural impact

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of relevant experience in community management, marketing, or corporate communications

Strong understanding of fundamental AI concepts and their applications in a business context

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear and engaging content

Demonstrated experience organizing events (virtual or in-person) and managing community engagement initiatives

Must be a U.S. Citizen
