Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and configure LANs, WANS, wireless networks, voice systems and Security systems to support DFC users
Configure equipment based on current standards and templates to ensure their smooth, and reliable operation while fulfilling business objectives, and processes
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
Update and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, and related documentation
Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies
Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success)
Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours
Other specified duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Cisco switching and routing
Knowledge of networking concepts
Desire to learn and become a vital part of the team
Troubleshoot and configure LANs, WANS, wireless networks, voice systems and Security systems
