Responsibilities
Develop modular, self-serve design systems for layout, FF&E, materials, and play areas that scale across varied campuses
Perform on-site evaluations using structured tools to measure performance against brand standards and identify high-impact enhancements
Produce scoped, visual, budgeted proposals for space improvements aligned with pedagogy, brand identity, and parent experience
Manage vendor execution on-site, ensuring adherence to standards, budgets, and schedules through real-time quality assurance
Complete the feedback loop post-installation by documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and revising playbooks accordingly
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and implementing multi-site environments in education, retail, hospitality, or co-working
Portfolio of completed work demonstrating a balance between aesthetic quality and operational practicality
Proven experience developing repeatable, standards-based design systems, not solely bespoke spaces
Direct management of vendor execution, including oversight of installation quality and timeline adherence
Strong documentation and cross-functional communication capabilities, particularly with non-design stakeholders
Willing and able to travel frequently, 50-75% of the time, across the U.S
Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience designing high-end environments with rigorous standards, such as boutique hospitality, luxury retail, or private client spaces
Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Figma, or similar platforms used for spatial documentation
An intuitive sense for what makes a space feel premium, even within budget constraints
