Build and improve design system infrastructure
Create variables and visual language for cross-vertical consistency
Assist on the Figma side of building components for the Storybook library
Qualification
Required
5+ years in product design, with 2+ years focused specifically on design systems
Proven track record building and scaling design systems for B2B or enterprise products
Strong background in data-visualization interfaces, including charts, dashboards, status indicators, and color semantics
Expert-level Figma proficiency: libraries, variables (collections, modes, aliases), component architecture, auto-layout, variants, and file organization at scale
Advanced interaction design: defining states, transitions, flows, and edge cases for engineering handoff
Experience systemizing density rules, semantic tokens, and interaction patterns within scalable frameworks
Ability to design reusable, maintainable components aligned with engineering constraints
Experience documenting usage guidelines, naming conventions, versioning rules, and governance processes
