Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams
Experience working directly with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
