Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Superintendents in daily project execution
Track costs, quantities, schedules, and production
Assist with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and closeout
Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Spend time in the field working directly with self-perform crews
Participate in job meetings and planning sessions
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or related field
Field engineers, estimators, superintendents, or construction professionals looking to move into municipal water/wastewater work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in both the field and office
Ability to read plans and specifications
Solid communication and organizational skills
Interest in heavy civil and water/wastewater construction
Preferred
Internships or prior construction experience are a plus
