Responsibilities
Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching support and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional self-regulation, persistence, and critical thinking through consistent frameworks and supportive relationships
Monitoring individual student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your colleagues
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individualized attention
Qualification
Required
Availability to work full-time on-site at our Miami, FL campus location
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
3+ years of professional experience with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining young children's attention in group settings
Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both personal performance and student achievement, while motivating children toward goal attainment
Commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to feedback
Current legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
