Responsibilities
Build and scale programs that strengthen people leader capabilities—from first-time managers to senior leaders
Deliver learning experiences that enhance performance management, coaching, and accountability across teams
Partner with business and HR leaders to create a leadership pipeline aligned to Envestnet’s future-focused skill needs
Collaborate with business leaders to design clear career pathways and role-based learning journeys
Create development frameworks that enhance functional expertise and enable internal mobility
Integrate learning into talent reviews, succession planning, and performance processes
Foster a culture of continuous learning through self-paced, social, and micro-learning experiences
Leverage digital tools and learning platforms to make development accessible, measurable, and scalable across geographies
Use data, participation metrics, and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and guide ongoing improvements
Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide onboarding programs that create a consistent, engaging experience across global teams
Oversee compliance and policy training to meet regulatory, legal, and internal standards while reinforcing Envestnet’s values and culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and People & Culture leaders, ensuring learning initiatives directly support Envestnet’s transformation and strategic goals
Manage vendor and university partnerships to expand access to best-in-class learning content and credentials
Lead a high-performing team to deliver impactful learning programs across the enterprise
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8 to10 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, including leading enterprise programs across multiple geographies
Proven ability to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Demonstrated success building, leading, and inspiring teams—both direct and cross-functional—to deliver high-impact programs
Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning strategies; ability to blend classroom, virtual, and self-directed modalities
Proficiency with learning management systems (Cornerstone or similar), digital learning platforms, and data analytics to measure program effectiveness
Passion for developing talent, fostering inclusion, and embedding learning as a core part of the One Envestnet employee experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred
