Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, UX, Engineering, QA) to define and deliver secure, scalable identity management solutions
Drive the product roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity verification features
Make strategic decisions that balance security, user experience, and business value within time and budget constraints
Act as a subject matter expert in IAM, contributing to product enhancements that address evolving security threats and compliance requirements
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate security capabilities and gather feedback
Support go-to-market strategies with accurate documentation, including security whitepapers, implementation guides, and compliance checklists
Analyze market trends, threat landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
Monitor product usage and security metrics to guide continuous improvement and risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical/business field
4+ years in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity management
Deep understanding of secure software development practices and Agile methodologies
Willingness to travel approximately 15%
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), MFA, and zero trust principles
Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PSD2, NIST)
Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to risk and compliance
