Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules

Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost savings

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster professional growth and development

Ability to use own initiative to ‘troubleshoot’ problems in Production areas

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or production Engineering or equivalent experience

5-7 years' experience in electronics manufacturing

Computer literate using Microsoft software

Experience ensuring quality and lessons learned with flow diagrams, PFMEA's, control plans and quality inspection plans

Identifies and recommends new or improved manufacturing processes and technical developments

Drive and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work on own initiative and be creative

In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) as this role requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
