Responsibilities

Construct and sustain dynamic 3-statement models for every school and vertical — integrating enrollment, staffing, and CapEx into a unified forecast framework

Refresh rolling 12–18 month projections on a weekly basis using current data and stress-test both upside and downside scenarios

Create executive dashboards powered by live data — surfacing critical levers and supporting daily, high-confidence decision-making

Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet friction from finance workflows

Produce concise written memos that outline financial exposure, strategic alternatives, and budget trade-offs — at board-ready quality, delivered within 72 hours
