Responsibilities
Provide direct services to CMCA members through financial counseling and coaching
Engage, teach, and motivate members regarding their personal finances
Conduct classes and workshops on topics such as budgeting, credit building, and banking products
Work with Family Success Coaches and Resource Coordinators to ensure members achieve goals and obtain necessary services
Qualification
Required
Requires associate degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
Prefer at least one year professional experience working with personal finances, particularly in the areas of budgeting, asset building, and credit building
Prefer work experience in the financial sector of banking, lending, insurance, investments, etc
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
