Responsibilities

Constructing precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within a 48-hour timeframe

Conducting quick-turnaround intervention calls that eliminate obstacles and re-energize students for upcoming work

Facilitating post-assessment coaching to distinguish genuine knowledge deficits from simple mistakes and outline actionable next steps

Reporting enrollment irregularities or metric discrepancies as soon as they emerge, protecting the reliability of all performance data

Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance platforms, reporting tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

Required

Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components
