Technical Sales Manager
D33P Search Group is a global manufacturing company seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through technically complex, solution-based sales engagements. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle and partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver high-value solutions to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales lifecycle from technical discovery through to close
Lead consultative, solution-driven sales engagements with enterprise customers
Translate complex technical requirements into clear commercial proposals
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to shape customer-specific solutions
Drive new business development while growing and retaining key accounts
Deliver accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Support pricing, contract negotiation, and commercial strategy
Represent the business as a trusted technical advisor to customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Sales role
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments
Strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience selling high-value, technically complex solutions
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and enterprise accounts
Commercially driven, technically credible, and customer-focused
