Responsibilities
Designing analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits
Guiding layout in advanced technology nodes
Documenting design details and present at review meetings
Defining experimental test procedures and evaluating silicon in the lab
Assisting architecture investigation and technology exploration
Qualification
Required
Students graduating between Dec 2025 and Dec 2026 with MS or PhD degree focused on integrated circuit design
Analysis, design, and debug skill for analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits
Experience with use of lab equipment
Experience in the use of computer aided design tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Matlab
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Previous tape-out experience is highly desirable
A solid understanding of semiconductor device physics is highly desirable
