Responsibilities
Implement our managed security tools as part of client onboarding or one-off projects
Meet communicated project timelines and deadlines
Ensure appropriate documentation of solutions
Send appropriate internal and client communication throughout deployment
Monitoring and remediation of solution installation and functionality
Quarterly review of solutions adapting the Continuous Improvement Model
Conduct recurring vulnerability scans of client environments
Communicate findings and remediation steps to clients
Ownership of remediation steps
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage client communications and team interactions proficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including cross functional teams
Ability to make informed and timely decisions in high-pressure situations, such as during a security incident
Ability to adapt to new security challenges, technologies, and industry trends
Experience with security tools such as EDR, MDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners
Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
Understanding of networking concepts, familiarity with routers, firewalls, access points, IDS/IPS and VPN
Familiarity with Email threat protection tools and concepts
