Executive Assistant to Two Founders
SmartMarket Solutions is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company specializing in revolutionizing traditional vending machines with their SmartMart AI Managed Micro-Stores. They are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the two founders, managing a variety of responsibilities including internal initiatives, communications, and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
Maintain, update and distribute a daily Executive Dashboard (CRM driven) with KPI reporting
Support founders on internal initiatives, projects, priority execution and follow-through
Liaison with outside agencies, partners, vendor relationships and collaborators
Coordinate internal communications, meeting prep, follow-up, and task organization
Handle occasional personal tasks with discretion and confidentiality
Assist in travel arrangements, asset organization, documentation and operations workflow
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
Very strong technical skills (CRM, dashboards, spreadsheets, reporting, digital tools)
Proactive execution — sees what needs to be done and moves it forward
Excellent written and verbal communications
Able to work onsite daily at company HQ in Clearfield
Strong interpersonal and relationship ability (internal + external)
Highly organized, detail driven and able to multi-task effectively
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve
