Responsibilities

Ensure data and AI integrity by partnering with subject matter experts and upholding quality across products and support scalable, data-driven solutions

Monitor product performance and alignment by tracking product-level objectives and key results and ensuring the customer journey meets standards set by the Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence

Collaborate with business leaders, change management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Find opportunities for continuous operational improvement and collaborate with Value Stream Leads (VSLs) and stakeholders to implement enhancements

Facilitate regular product reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

Execute and/or lead complex or specialized projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
