Responsibilities

Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Leverage storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and adjust workshop approaches in real-time to address each cohort's unique needs
Provide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-performing students in specialized educational programs
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance data
Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young learners using voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
