Responsibilities
Execute specific Human Resources projects from ideation to delivery, such as refreshing onboarding materials or auditing job descriptions, to improve the employee lifecycle
Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards while identifying opportunities to streamline Human Resources processes
Work cross-functionally with managers and employees to provide high-quality service across various centers of excellence
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate must be Rising Senior Graduating in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
A proven ability to remain organized and detail-oriented while finding creative solutions to organizational hurdles
A high degree of professional ethics and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with absolute confidentiality
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship
