Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating individualized motivational strategies that resonate with children and foster a lasting commitment to reading

Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instruction and generate meaningful insights

Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students

Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula

Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns

Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
