Eastern Washington Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Lead sales growth and profitability in your region by partnering with independent agencies
Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching, mentorship, and strategic planning
Identify market opportunities using data and analytics, and implement creative strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business
Recruit, onboard, and support new agencies to ensure long-term success
Serve as the go-to resource for agency development, product expertise, and competitive positioning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience, with a strong background in Washington's independent agency channel
Proven ability to grow relationships, drive results, and lead with influence
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
CIC or other industry certifications a plus
