Responsibilities
Actively pursue business development opportunities and originate new SPAC transactions. Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and referral sources
Lead deal teams in the execution of SPAC transactions from initial pitch to closing. Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Maintain deep knowledge and expertise in the SPAC market, including regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on SPAC transactions
Proven track record of originating, executing, and closing SPAC transactions
Strong understanding of SPAC structures, deal mechanics, and regulatory requirements
Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor
